Elizabeth (Liz) Jean Palla McAdams passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 10, 2022 surrounded by her family.  Elizabeth was born February 26, 1941 in Smithville, Texas to Emil Palla, Sr., and Fannie Bell Watson Palla.

Liz attended Becker Elementary, Fulmore Junior High School and William B. Travis High School in Austin, Texas.

Liz worked as a bartender while attending school to become a medication nurse.  Her career began at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin.  Liz retired from Austin Retirement Center in Austin.  Liz was a hard worker and loved her job.

Liz enjoyed dancing and was a very good dancer.  She loved the 50’s music.  Liz enjoyed showing her grandchildren and great grandchildren how to dance.  Liz enjoyed having people around to have a good time and make them laugh.  Liz was a strong person that had a giving heart.  Liz never met a stranger.

Liz is survived by her grandchildren; Johnny Ross, Jr., Elizabeth Potter (Eric) and Jessica Pate; 5 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; numerous nieces and a nephew.

Liz is preceded in death by her loving husband Clifford McAdams; son Danny Ray Balusek; daughter Roxanne Musto; parents: Emil Palla, Sr., Fannie Bell Watson Palla; sisters: Dorothy Hill, Barbara Wright, brothers: Emil Palla, Jr., Jimmy Palla.

Liz will greatly be missed by her family and friends.  A private “Celebration of Life” will be held.
