William Ray Bills, 51, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2013. William was born November 1, 1962 in Austin, Texas to the parents of Willie Bruton and Sally Bills.
A visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at All Faiths Funeral Services - North Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at St. James EM Franklin Chapel. Interment will follow to Burditts Prairie Cemetery, Austin, Texas
