Ronald "Cowboy" Clawson

Ronald W. Clawson, II (Cowboy) was born on December 21, 1963 to Ronald W. Clawson and Ruby Geraldine Conner. Ronald was born in Houston, Texas. Ronald was known as “Cowboy” to family and friends. He graduated from Thorndale High School and later worked as an Union Insulator until retiring in 2021 due to health reasons. On September 9, 2023, Cowboy passed away at his home in Thorndale, Texas.

Cowboy loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and deep sea fishing. One of his favorite songs was “Y’all Come Back Saloon” by the Oak Ridge Boys.

Preceded in death by his father, Ronald W. Clawson, I; mother, Ruby Geraldine Conner; brother, William Everett Isbell, III; grandparents, Jess W. Clawson and Idonia Clawson; uncle, Fred Westerfield.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Brother, Marvin C. Robinson; Sister, Margaret Celeste Robinson and a wealth of family and friends
