In Memory of Patsy Coy “Paloma”

May 11, 1954 – March 6, 2026

Patsy Coy, known to many as “Paloma,” age 71, of Austin, Texas, entered into eternal peace on Friday, March 6, 2026. She was born on May 11, 1954, in Austin, Texas.

She is now reunited in heaven with her parents, her grandsons, and many other beloved family members who welcomed her home.

Patsy was a woman of strength, loyalty, and deep devotion to her family. Fiercely protective of those closest to her, she carried herself with quiet courage and a generous spirit. She always made sure the people around her felt supported and never alone. Patsy had a beautiful presence that touched many lives. Her laughter could light up a room, her faith carried her through life’s seasons, and her heart was a place of comfort for those who knew her best.

Family meant everything to Patsy. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, cousin to many, and friend. Her warmth, strength, and the joy she brought to others will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on through the family she cherished.

Patsy is remembered by her children, Anita Hernandez, Alex Coy, Henry Hernandez Jr. “Rick,” John Hernandez, and Paul Coy, along with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, cousins, nieces , nephews and many dear friends whose lives she touched.

Though our hearts mourn her passing, we find peace knowing she is at rest and that her spirit will continue to guide and live on through the family and memories she leaves behind.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in honor of Patsy Coy on April 8, 2026.
A rosary will be recited at 10:00 AM, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.

Following the Mass, a celebration of life will be held in the church hall.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend and share in remembrance.
