Johnny, a cherished father, son, brother, husband, uncle, and friend, passed away on September 21, 2023. His departure has left a void in our lives, but the love, laughter, and cherished memories he bestowed upon us will forever warm our hearts.

Born on December 2, 1990, Johnny was the beloved son of MaryCruz Ortega and Juan Davila.  Johnny was a devoted father to six incredible children: Aniyah Davila, Nathan Castillo, Juan Davila III, Julius Davila, Amelia Davila, and Adonis Davila. Johnny's life was a testament to dedication, and he poured his heart into nurturing and providing for his children, who were his universe. His profound love will continue to guide and inspire them throughout their lives.

Johnny is survived by his siblings: Jose Ortega, Jasmin Davila and her husband Stefan Hepner, Ashlee Collazo, and her husband Raymon Rodriguez. Nephews: Jeremy Jaimes, Isaiah Ortega, Jase Hepner, Amir Ortega, and Zyair Rodriguez.  Nieces: Leah Ortega, Violet Rivera, and Amarea Hepner. He also leaves behind his loving grandparents: Kenneth and Maria Bern. Godparents: Godofredo and Gloria Galindo and God sisters: Karen Marquez and Jocelyn Galindo.

Johnny's warmth, kindness, and infectious sense of humor touched the lives of many. His remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him made him a true friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone he touched. We will forever cherish his memory, and his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.

A memorial service to celebrate Johnny's life will be held on October 14, 2023, at 12pm, 8507 N. IH-35 Austin, Texas 78753.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the support and condolences they have received during this difficult time. Please join us in honoring Johnny's memory, sharing stories, and finding solace in the love and memories he leaves behind. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will forever be a beacon of light in our hearts.

Rest in peace, dear Johnny. Your love and laughter will be cherished eternally.
