In loving memory of Jan Banaczyk, who peacefully passed away from an accidental fall on Saturday, August 2, 2014 in Austin TX. He is survived by his wife, Jolanta, and his children Michael, Andy, Violet and Irek. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Rd, Austin TX 78749 on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 10:00 am. Mass will be followed by a graveside funeral service at Onion Creek Memorial Park, 11610 Chapel Lane, Austin TX 78748.
