Fred Douglas Limuel was born on March 11, 1953, in Austin, Texas, to Howard Edward Limuel Sr. and Ethel Marie Burleson Limuel. He carried a deep appreciation for his hometown and the values his family instilled in him throughout his life.

From a young age, Fred placed his faith and trust in Jesus Christ. His relationship with the Lord remained steadfast throughout his life, providing him with strength, hope, and peace. His unwavering faith was evident in the way he lived, loved, and cared for those around him.

Those who knew Fred will remember him for his quiet strength, kind heart, steadfast character, and deep devotion to his family. His life was a reflection of perseverance, compassion, and faith. He touched many lives through his continued generosity, wisdom, and enduring love.
