Dominic Andrew Gonzales

Our beloved Dominic Andrew Gonzales 48, a life long resident of Austin, Texas, was unexpectedly taken from us on December 22, 2025.

He was born on December 13, 1977 to Richard D. Gonzales and Carmen Ortiz. He is survived by his beautiful children, Julian Flores, Chasity and husband Benjamin Zapata, Autumn Gonzales, Elijah Gonzales, and Jeremiah Gonzales, one grandson Stephen Silas Flores, father Richard Gonzales, father Demetrio Gonzales, siblings Bernadette Tamayo, Zachary Castillo, Monica Gonzales, April Gonzales, Elizabeth Anguiano and Frances Gonzales. He also leaves behind a lot of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who were more like siblings and a ton of friends who were more like family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Carmen Ortiz, his brother Christopher Michael Gonzales, his paternal grandparents Marcelo and Felice Arocha and maternal grandparents Manuel Ortiz Jr. and Stella Garza.

Dominic was very artistic and expressed himself through drawing, found freedom riding his bike and loved his children with his whole heart.

Visitation for Dominic will be January 3, 2026 from 12pm to 3pm at All Faiths Funeral Home located at 8507 NI35 Frontage Rd in Austin. Details of the interment of ashes will follow at a later date.
