Deanna Casas

Deanna Casas passed away peacefully at 7:05 am on 05/06/2024 at the age of 59 years young. She was born in Austin TX on August 19, 1964.

She is preceded by her parents, Petra Reyes and Raymond V. Casas; grandson, Caleb Hernandez; sister, Angelina Garcia; and brothers, Raymond Jr, Ruben, Micheal Casas, and Guillermo Garcia Jr.

Deanna is survived by her life partner, Pascual Hernandez; her children, Sandra Menottis (Matthew Menottis), Julia Galbreth (Jordan Galbreth), Josie Holder, Stephanie Hernandez (Michael Holder), Jessica Hernandez, Casey Conlee (Yancy Conlee), Camrone Hernandez, Pascual Hernandez Jr., and Jonathan Holder. She is also survived by grandchildren, Victoria Lozano, Nicholas Lozano, Veronica Lozano, Crystal Lozano, Elizabeth Lozano, Cassie Hernandez , Alayra Holder, Jonathan Holder Jr, James Holder, Baire Holder, Brandon Hernandez, Jax Conlee, Jaelyn Conlee, Emmalia Hernandez, Julian Hernandez, Sophia Hernandez, Destiny Howard, Aiden Hernandez, and Ariana Hernandez; great grandchildren, Isabella Lozano, Keniece Lawson, Austin Graham, Wesley Graham, Sebastian M., and Amelia Lozano; siblings, Sylvia Garcia, Isabel & Juan Cordova, Christina & Robert Ventura, Linda Garcia & Alonzo Costilla, Patricia Garcia & Juan Martinez, and Ronnie Casas; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Ms. Deanna Casas is known for her loving, kind, and giving spirit. She wore many hats but the one she loved the best was being called mom. She didn’t believe in material things; her pride and joy were people. If you ever needed a hug, a special visit, an ear to listen or just a friend Deanna was there. Like all great people with pure hearts, Deanna endured a lot of heartache but that never changed her love for humanity.

Visitation will be at All Faiths Funeral Home, 8507 N IH 35 Austin, TX 78753, on Friday May 17, 2024 from 3 pm – 7 pm with a Rosary at 5 pm by Gilbert Moreno. A funeral service will take place the following day, Saturday May 18, 2024 at 10 AM at Calvary Baptist Church  1906 IH 35 N. frontage RD San Marcos TX 78666. A celebration of life will follow, details to come.
