Constance Ann VerBerkmoes ( Simmons) peacefully passed away on January 8, 2017 @10:20 P.M. She is survived by her daughters Stephanie Bell Deborah Wick as well as her grand daughters Claire Rowley, Whitney Wick and Jayne Wick.
A memoral will be held at the San Gabriel Chapel in Round Rock Texas on Saturday January 14, 2017 at 3 P.M.
