Christopher Bryan Goudreau, a dedicated and hardworking individual, passed away on October 30, 2023. Born on May 8, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas, Christopher was a loving family man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Christopher had an illustrious career at IBM, beginning in 1978. He showed immense commitment to excelling within the company by pursuing continuing education units and seizing opportunities to move into elevated positions. His drive and dedication made him an invaluable asset to the organization throughout his tenure.

Education played a crucial role in Christopher's life. He studied architecture and engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and St. Edward's University. His passion for these fields showcased his creative mind and meticulous attention to detail.

Those close to Christopher knew him as someone with a contagious sense of humor. He loved to laugh and had a gift for brightening any room he entered. His joyful spirit brought comfort and happiness to his family and friends during both the good times and the challenging ones. He was fond of various kinds of music, including artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Gordon Lightfoot, Weird Al Yankovic, visiting the symphony, Trisha Yearwood, etc.; additionally, he was nicknamed by the family "Uncle Chrispy" due to an unfortunate bush-burning accident resulting in the loss of his eyebrows

In his leisure time, Christopher indulged in various hobbies and interests that enriched his life. Going to the movies allowed him to immerse himself in different narratives and broaden his perspective. Reading was another cherished pastime that enabled him to explore new worlds through books.

With a keen eye for beauty, Christopher found joy behind the lens of a camera. Photography allowed him to capture special moments with precision and artistry. Whether it was nature's splendor or candid shots of loved ones, he had a knack for freezing time and creating lasting memories.

Christopher Bryan Goudreau is survived by his beloved wife Stacy Diane Goudreau, their son Christopher Matthew Goudreau, and his step-sons Jacob M. Dickinson and Aaron L. Dickinson. His passing leaves an indelible void in their lives, but his love and guidance will continue to live on in their hearts.

He is preceded in death by his parents Gerard Patrick Goudreau and Barbara Jane Langham, whom he loved deeply. Christopher's siblings Gerard Patrick Goudreau, Jr. and Robert Ellis Goudreau were not only his brothers but also his confidants and lifelong friends.
