Charles H Hilcher, 78, passed away on February 8, 2015. A Visitation will be at All Faiths of the Pines, Smithville, TX. from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Funeral Service will also be held at All Faiths of the Pines on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery, Smithville, TX
