A visitation will be held on April 2, 2025, at Victory Outreach Church in Austin, Texas. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Later that day, a funeral service will take place at the same location, beginning at 5:00 PM and concluding at 6:00 PM.
Billy’s life was one filled with laughter and love, and while he will be deeply missed, his spirit will continue to live on in the memories of all who knew him.
