Obituary

It is with great sadness and heavy heart we announce the passing of Bertha P. Guerrero, who passed away at the age of 92.

Bertha lived a long and meaningful life, touching the hearts of everyone who knew her with her love, kindness, and strength. She will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her generous spirit, and the warmth, love and amazing personality she shared with family and friends. She always put her family before herself.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carlos G. Guerrero, and her cherished sons, Chuck Guerrero and David Guerrero, her granddaughters Sarah M. Jenkins, Roxanne Guerrero and Gina Guerrero.

She is lovingly survived by her son John Guerrero; her daughters-in-law, Grace Guerrero, Margaret Guerrero and Virgina Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Justin Limon (Vicki), Jamie Guerrero, Jake Guerrero, Veronica A. Segovia and, Great Grandsons Ethan Limon and Jason Limon. Also survived by her son from another Mother Kedrick Stanley.

Her family was the center of her life. Bertha’s legacy of love, faith, since of humor, compassion, morals, ethics and strong character will continue to live on through her family. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will forever be treasured. Her family will continue to carry her legacy forward.

In closing, Bertha’s son John Guerrero was blessed to take care of his mother in her final chapter of life on this earth which he will be forever grateful she entrusted this responsibility to him. He will always carry his mother spirit in his heart.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bertha’s life at a service to be announced by the family. Viewing, service and burial will occur the same day.

May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with those who went before her, and forever loved, forever remembered, and forever in our hearts.
