Alfred Joseph Casarez

Alfred (Fred) Joseph Casarez died peacefully on September 11, 2024, at the age of 57. Fred was born in Austin, TX on March 13, 1967. He is preceded in death by his parents Felipe Casarez and Maria Guadalupe (Cavazos) Diaz. He is survived by his son Alfred Joseph Casarez (AJ), uncles David and Arthur Cavazos, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Fred served in the Navy during Desert Storm. 

A recitation of the Holy Rosary will take place at 9:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass at 10 AM on Friday, September 27, 2024, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Austin.
