Tommie Lee Miller was born to Willie and Lillie Miller in Hillsboro, Texas and passed away in Austin, Texas at the age of 90 years.  Tommie, a college graduate, proudly served his country in the United States Armed Forces during the Korean War.  He achieved the rank of Sergeant and was honorably discharged in 1954.  He later worked and retired from the Brown Schools located in Austin, Texas.  He was preceeded in death by his parents; siblings, Willie Miller and Dorothy Hearn.  Survivors include his oldest sibling, Erma B. Williams; nephew, Willie Williams and his wife, Mary; nieces, Margret Linnen, Erma Kennedy, Linda Williams, Damita Shanklin; sister-in-law, Bernice Miller and grandnieces and grandnephews.  The family wishes to acknowledge the Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and the Duval Gardens staff for their support, care and the many acts of kindness that you have shown during these hours of sorrow.  Your prayers, cards and other expressions of sympathy will forever be with us.  Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors rendered.
