Survived by Daughter; Tabitha Franks of Austin, Texas, Son; Charlie Franks, Jr. of Miami, Florida, Timothy Franks of Austin, Texas.

Visitation Services will be held on Friday, June 22nd, 2018 at All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 8507 N. IH-35, Austin Texas from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Home Going Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 at 11:00a.m. at Dale Corinth United Methodist Church, 120 Easy St., Dale, Texas 78616. Committal Interment Service will follow at Dale Memorial Cemetery on Liberty lane in Dale, Texas.
